Are there some items of software that I may be using which your software does not recognise? Some of the photos which I cannot get to appear are from a mobile telephone camera, some are via Adobe photoshop, and some are from my Lexmark photo editor. Perhaps you could advise, thank you.

If all your photos are in JPEG format (the file names should end in .jpg or .jpeg) then they should upload and display on your advert. We aren’t aware of any programs that can create JPEG files that we can’t accept. We also support GIF and PNG formats but they generally aren’t suitable for photos.
