When a website visitor browses properties we feel it’s important for them to be able to compare the approximate costs of each property easily. For this reason we calculate an approximate weekly cost for each property for each week during the year, and display all of the properties in a single currency when they are being browsed in lists. These prices displayed in the search results lists are always marked as “approximate”.

When a website visitor clicks on your property and views it in detail they will see your tariff exactly as you specified it, so they will always see the exact tariff in the currency you’ve specified before they make an enquiry.

We think this system gives the best of both worlds – when a visitor is browsing properties they are able to make comparisons without doing a lot of mental arithmetic, but before they enquire they will see the exact details of your tariff.
