I've replied to my enquiry but it hasn't been automatically marked as answered! (locked)

This is probably because you replied directly to the enquirer via their own email address and didn’t reply simply to the enquiry notification email. To send a response to an enquiry you just need to press the “reply” button in your email program when you get an enquiry from us. This will send your response back to our server, which will then forward it on to the enquirer. The advantage of doing it this way, rather than replying directly to the enquirers email address is that we willl automatically mark the enquiry as “answered” and archives the correspondence so you can refer to it later. If you prefer to reply directly to the enquirer, or you call them by telephone for instance, you can manually mark the enquiry as answered by visiting the enquiry page in your Dashboard (by clicking the link you’ll find in your email) and hit the “Mark as answered” button. |
