The availability calendars and price charts shown on Rentability (and our embedded availability calendars you can use on your own website) are based on the Tariff and Booking information for your property.

To manage your availability calendar, all you have to do is enter any of your existing bookings into the “Bookings” section of your dashboard. Any dates that are covered by bookings will appear as “unavailable” on your availability calendar.

You will also need to enter pricing information for your property – if we have no tariff information available for a particular date, then that date will appear in your availability calendar as “unknown availability”, even if there are no bookings for that date.

If you have periods during which your property is not available for some reason other than being booked – perhaps because you simply don’t rent your property during the winter months – you can also mark dates as unavailable in your Tariff. Create your Tariff with date ranges (a seasonal tariff), and simply add a date range with the “unavailable” box ticked.
