All rooms have access to the Communal Guest Lounges and the Communal Kitchen. The kitchen is open 24/7 for guests who would like to prepare their own meals. The Freezer is stocked with a variety of frozen TV dinners for guests to purchase should they wish to. Please note that all rooms are non-smoking, ash trays are available for use outside.

The Basic Suites - The Rose, Maroela and Fern Room are all ground floor with private entrances. They each have a TV, fridge (which is stocked with basic cool drinks) and television in the room along with a kettle. Complimentary Tea and Coffee are provided. The rooms all have an private Ensuite bathroom which comprises of a Shower, Toilet and Wash Basin. The Fern room also has a bath tub in the bathroom. The Jacaranda Room is on the second floor and has a full bathroom, television and kettle in the room. The rooms are available for double or single occupancy. The rate is R380 for a single room and R520 for a double room per night.

The Tambotie suite is a large upstairs master bedroom with full Ensuite bathroom. There are two singles made up next to one another and a third single bed, so at a max it can accommodate three adults. There is a balcony which has a beautiful view of Sandton City and the surrounding areas. There is a TV and kettle in the room. The rate is R425 for the first Adult and R140 per additional adult.

The Baobab Suite is an upstairs flat let. It comprises of two double bedrooms with a shared bathroom and a small TV lounge. The lounge is equipped with television, fridge, microwave and kettle. The rate is R500 per night for the first Adult and R140 per additional adult. It has a max occupancy of 4 Adults.

Willow Cottage is a totally self contained ground floor unit. There is a lounge /kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything from stove/microwave/cutlery and crockery. The TV lounge area also has a pull out sleeper couch suitable for two small children. The master bedroom is large and is fitted with desk and chairs as well as a queen sized bed. The bathroom comprises of a Shower, Toilet and Wash Basin. The max occupancy is 2 Adults and 2 Children. The rate is R500 per night for the first Adult and R140 per additional Adult, Children stay at 50% of the Adults rate. This is a self catering rate. Breakfast is available at an additional cost.
