The apartment is nestled between the Marais and Bastille on Cour Damoye, a hidden, cobblestoned, pedestrian-only passage spoking off the bustling hub of Place de la Bastille. It's a quiet, movie-set perfect oasis that is gated nightly to maintain its privacy. Explore the stimulating Marais, take a ten-minute stroll to the Seine and enjoy the Ile St.-Louis on the way to Notre-Dame, or check out the lastest ballet program or opera at the Opéra Bastille.

A stylish top-to-bottom renovation completed by the architect-owners features high ceilings with original exposed beams, a fully-equipped contemporary kitchen and a living area both sophisticated and comfortable. A generous refrigerator, 4-burner Siemens cook top, standard-size oven, large dishwasher and washing machine are conveniences not often found in Parisian apartments and a custom-designed oak dining table provides roomy seating for four. Other small appliances include a toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, hair dryer and iron.

Remove the covers at night and the large sofa becomes a quality queen-size bed (56"x80") and the smaller one (36"x80") a standard twin.
