Plane - Geneva Airport has easy access to the ski resorts, being about 2.5hrs drive, it also has both bus and rail links to Bourg St. Maurice. Flying in to France: both Lyon and St. Etienne are within 2.5hrs driving distance and Chamberry Airport takes about 1.5 hrs driving. Train - Bourg St. Maurice has a well connected SNCF station and Eurostar runs services from London Waterloo and Ashford Kent. St Pancreas. Driving - A 9 - 12hr drive from the Ferry port. Directions will be sent when booking form is received. Coach - Luxury sleeper coach from London Victoria every Friday – late afternoon – etc. arriving in Moutiers early on Saturday morning. We can advise you of best transport arrangements coach/train or arrange taxi pick up to the Chalet. |

A stunning Ski Chalet based in the French Alps available for catered or self-catered booking from December to April, and for the remainder of the year for walking, cycling, canoeing, white water rafting etc.
Le French Chalet is situated in the small hamlet of Planchamp in the French Alps - 10k from Bourg St Maurice. A ten minute drive (3.5K) to Villaroger and Le Pre with its direct ski lift access to Les Arcs 2000. (chalet altitude 1100metres)
With 5 bedrooms, accommodating 10 -12 people Le French Chalet is an ideal opportunity to ski a variety of resorts in one week.
Central for: Les Arcs, La Plagne, St. Foy, Val d’Isere, Tignes and La Rossiere (All within 1/2 hr drive)
The chair lift to Les Arcs 2000 is a ten minute drive. Transport is provided to and from this lift. Transport to other resorts is by negotiation choosing the days and times as you wish.

Daily courtesy car to and from Chalet to chair lift Le Pre – access to Les Arcs 2000.
We can ski with you if you wish, introducing you to the best runs/slopes, the best restaurants/vin rouge stops etc.
Lessons and guiding can be arranged.
Hiring Arrangements for Boots/skis/boards can be made for you with delivery to the chalet.
