This villa is embraced by the Valley of Tramazzo - a truly enchanting landscape belonging to the Apennines of regions Tuscany and Emilia Romagna. The zone has remained unaltered during the past century - it is part of a preservation of spectacular natural beauty and is surrounded by 30 hectares of private farms cultivating wine and olive trees. While taking a walk inside the estate it is not unusual to run into deer, wild boar, hare or other wild animals.

This is the ideal place for those who desire to pass moments of relaxation in the absolute calm: three kilometres of track separate the villa from the main access road.

This is one of two apartments and it reflects the genuine and sober character of the surrounding environment. The apartments is situated on the second floor of the villa and is accessed by a wrought iron staircase which leads to a veranda, where a stone oven is available to all guests of both apartments for baking bread in the old-fashioned way.

Each apartment has a private kitchen and bathroom and is constructed in stonework through the reuse of original materials. The apartment accommodates a maximum of four persons and is equipped with a microwave oven and coffee-maker as well as a complete set of dishes and pans.

A second room is dedicated to sleep and relaxation. The furnishings are warm and welcoming with larch parquet flooring and double beds in wrought iron. A charming floored area, illuminated by a skylight, accommodates a further double bedroom.

The same room offers a corner for relaxation with a comfortable leather sofa, television and fireplace for moments dedicated to literature, information or listening.

The bathroom is well accessorised, refined in detail and equipped with a shower corner.

The villa has its own private pool which is available to guests.
