Our lovingly restored farmhouse is set in a peaceful valley surrounded by nature, with views of Montefalcone & the Le Marche countryside.
Your Farmhouse Apartment
Your well appointed self-catering apartment is situated upstairs in our 18th century farmhouse which combines modern conveniences with rustic charm. With it's own private entrance via the covered loggia & an area for al fresco dining, you enter the cosy living room with comfy armchairs & sofa, satellite TV, DVD, CD player, games cabinet & books for your entertainment. The separate fully-equipped kitchen has oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave & dining for four.
The Romantic Master Bedroom
Your master bedroom with comfortable double bed has dual aspect views over Montefalcone & the surrounding hills. With traditional cotto floor tiles, beamed ceiling and wooden shutters to all windows. We also provide a coded safe, fluffy dressing gowns, complimentary toiletries & hairdryer.
The second bedroom has a single bed with a sofa bed for a fourth guest. The bathroom has a shower, all the usual facilities & complimentary toiletries & bath robes. Central heating & double glazing provide modern comforts throughout.
The Kitchen and Dining Area
Your well equipped kitchen is stocked with all the equipment that you need. We include herbs and spices and a welcome pack to get your holiday off to a good start!There is a dining area to seat four and a high chair is available for our younger guests. With dual aspect views over the garden and covered loggia.
The Garden and Outdoor Relaxation Areas.
Outside there is a terrace for sitting in the sunshine & our large garden provides different areas for relaxing. Set in 2.5 acres, there are both shady & sunny sections of the garden for you to enjoy for BBQing, relaxing on the hammocks, lazing by the pool, or playing games.
Looking to Amandola
The Hideaway nestles in a picturesque & peaceful valley between Amandola & Comunanza. With the stunning Sibillini National Park to explore, flora & fauna aplenty, we are ideally located for winter skiing & year round hiking.
There are walks direct from the house along quiet lanes-watch out for the golden eagles! Our nearby town of Amandola has a delightful piazza, where you can sit outside over a coffee & watch the local life go by. Visit the markets, shops & restaurants - the traditional cuisine is delicious & wine inexpensive.
Smokers welcome - but please only smoke outside. Extra luxuries such as bathrobes & toiletries are provided to enhance your stay with us - if you require any further items, please contact us and we will do our very best to meet your needs.
We live in the little house next door & can be reached whenever required.
Look out for the eagles circling by day & the stars at night. There really is something for everyone.
