Self catering home in a Chianti village
4 sleeps vacation home set in San Casciano in Val di Pesa, a Chianti little town just 9 miles from Florence centre.
Car is not required as there is a fast and cheap public coach service that connects the village to the heart of Florence.
The house is not away from all as is part of the town. The good thing is that nothing faces it so it's like to be in the countryside. On the other side, the back faces our property and other houses.
We live in a villa 10 metres away and are able to speak English and French. And Italian of course! :)
There is a private parking inside the property.
The house is surrounded by the green: a garden with olive and fruit trees.

Rental policy
We accept payment by bank transfer. 30% of rental rate is due at booking, the balance to be paid 45 days before arrival.
Usually the house is weekly rented, we make exceptions for low season and mid season, when minimum booking is 6 days. Changeover day is Saturday except during low season.
