The price is the same regardless of whether it is for 1 or 2 people.

There is currently no internet but if you let me know in advance I can have it connected (I would need atleast 1 months notice). It would cost an additional 40 euros initial cost and 5 euros per day for this service. Otherwise there is a locutorio (internet access area) just down the road.

Suitable for one or two people.
Double sofa bed with Duve and bed linen provided.
Fully equipped kitchen (no washing machine).
Bathroom with shower.
Only 15 mins walk to centre.

Note regarding deposit:
20% of total amount would be required as deposit when making reservation. Can be paid by cash, bank transfer or paypal. Rest of payment can be made upon entry into flat.

Note regarding cleaning:
If you are staying for an extended period a cleaning service can be provided on a weekly basis for additional cost of 20 euros per cleaning session.
