This is a beautiful 3 bedroomed semi-detached villa, with 2 bathrooms, garden and fantastic communal pool for adults and children.
It is well furnished with a washing machine, fridge freezer and air conditioning throughout.
It is situated in a village called Balsicas, Torre Alcantara, Murcia, South-East Spain, only 15 minutes from beautiful sandy beaches, with warm turquoise sea. We are also lucky to be moments away from various excellent golf courses where you can play , relax or take a stroll with family and friends or join in social events.
We are not far from excellent shopping facilities in Cartagena where you could shop for days. For those who don't drive or don't want to go far you have the spanish village within walking distance with cafes and bars and other local amenaties and also the train station is only ten minutes walk away and you could travel almost any where in Spain from here.
Only ten minutes drive from Murcia International Airport and forty minutes drive from Alicante airport, we are very fortunate with our location.

Living room
Seating capacity for 7 people. This room as like the others has all tile flooring. room comes with a cream leather suite,coffee table, various other furniture. Air conditioning. TV and DVD player. (Although TV is only Spannish at the moment but you can watch DVD's while relaxing in the evening.
Kitchen
Oven. Fully fitted kitchen with sliding patio doors which leads outside on to a covered patio area. Kitchen has fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, pots plates cups etc. There is a washing machine just outside on the patio area.
Master bedroom
Double bed. Double bed with bedside units, built in wardrobe. Double patio doors on to a large square balcony. Air conditioning.
Bedroom no 2
Bunk bed. This bedroom has a single door on to a veranda with sunbeds for that private sunbathing. Built in double wardrobe. The bed is a double bed at the bottom and a single bed above it, again the furniture is modern and new. There is also a travel cot in this room. Again air conditioning.
Downstairs bathroom
Shower. This Shower room again has a toilet, single wash basin and hydro massage shower.
Bedroom no 3
Downstairs bedroom, with fully fitted wardrobe, free standing light and very large metal sofa bed. Air conditioning.
The local area
The village has traditional cafes, clubs and a BP petrol station and wonderful friendly people both English and Spainish, very willing to help.
