There is 1 double room with an ensuite bathroom and separate access to the patio area. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds. The living accommodation is spacious. There is heating / air conditioning throughout.

There is a cafe and small children’s playground near the entrance to the resort. The club house has a top quality restaurant.

The house has front garden access to the rooftop cupola terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hotplates, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. The lounge area has a TV with access to cable and a CD player and radio.

Located in Murcia – one of the most beautiful regions of Spain and set in an idyllic environment, the area enjoys a perfect climate all year round with over 300 days of sunshine at an average temperature of 21 degrees Celsius. In fact, the World Health Organisation rated the local climate as one of the healthiest in the world!

The resort is 25 minutes from the lovely beaches of Mazarron yet surrounded by mountains and farmlands. There are nice family friendly beaches at Mazarron. Alternatively the seaside resort of La Manga del Mar Menor is 40 minutes by car. Cartagena, Spain's largest naval base has plenty of shops and is only a 15 minute drive away. Fuente Alamo is a 5 minute drive and has all the necessary supermarkets, banks etc with an interesting market on Saturdays. The excellent restaurants of Murcia, the 10th largest city in Spain are only 25 mins away by car.

Hacienda Del Alamo is a championship golf course designed by Dave Thomas and endorsed by Miguel Ángel Jiménez. There is an excellent golf academy, practice course and a two storey driving range. If you fancy a game of tennis there are courts available.
