Lake Palms is our Beautiful Florida Holiday Rental Villa near Disney and Golf.
Our tastefully furnished Orlando pool home is extremely comfortable and it is set in the very popular sub-division of The Palms at Lake Davenport Estates which is only 6 miles from Walt Disney World.

Our Orlando villa is fully equipped to make this your ideal home away from home and your perfect Florida vacation destination.
Our Disney Villa has nearly 2000 sq ft of living space consisting of a 23'0" x 13'8" formal lounge with separate dining area. The door entry operates electronically so no keys are required to gain access.

There are phones installed with complimentary National and International calls. An intercom system installed in the kitchen plays piped music to all rooms and the pool terrace.
Ceiling fans are fitted in the Family room and the Master and 2nd bedrooms.
All bedrooms have Cable TV, both bathrooms have hairdryers and all towels and linens are supplied.
The Master bedroom has a very comfortable King bed, Cable TV, ceiling fan, clock radio and en-suite bathroom and large walk-in closet.
The 2nd bedroom also has a very comfortable Queen bed, Cable TV, ceiling fan, clock radio and a roomy closet with plenty of hanging space.
We also provide a baby cot and linen, stroller and highchair at no extra charge.
The two remaining bedrooms each have two twin beds, Cable TV and roomy closets.
Our private pool terrace has a table, cushioned chairs and recliners so you can relax and enjoy the sunshine during your Florida vacation.
It can also be illuminated at night for swimming or just to relax in the evening and watch the glorious sunsets after a busy fun filled day.

Smoking is only allowed on the pool terrace and the surrounding areas.
We have a Games Room with 8ft slate bed Pool table, Foosball and electronic dart board and Free Hi-Speed Wireless Internet available with a laptop.
There is a separate utility room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. A Gas BBQ Grill is also provided for our guests' use.

There are many excellent and challenging golf courses in Central Florida including Greg Norman's famous one at Champions' Gate, Celebration and the one at Highland's Reserve and all within a ten minute drive.
