The villa comprises of good size sitting room, a dining room, 4 executive bedrooms (2 en-suites), 3 bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, furnished decking area and enclosed private pool. For outdoor dining, there is a large table and top quality seating under the lanai providing an excellent setting overlooking the pool.

Restaurants, takeaways, 24 hour supermarkets, and bank are within working distance from the villa and a major shopping mall is only a short drive away.

The local area

Haines City, Florida is located south of Orlando between Winter Haven and Kissimmee. It is a 20-30 minute drive to Walt Disney World, Epcott, Sea World and Cypress Gardens. With its central location in the “Heart of Florida,” Haines City, Florida is just 90 minutes from both coasts. This makes Haines City a perfect base for those who want to experience both sides of Florida. Haines City has sixteen lakes in its area, providing an abundance of recreational activities including swimming, fishing, boating, jet skiing, canoeing, championship golf, tennis, wildlife or bird watching. Several bass fishing contests are held in the area each year. For the golfer in the family, Haines City offers some great courses including Diamondback Golf Course, Grenelefe Golf & Tennis Club East, Grenelefe Golf & Tennis Club South, Grenelefe Golf & Tennis Club West, and SWISS GOLF & TENNIS CLUB.
