The living room is so comfy with a fluffy soft pillow-top couch, love seat and a recliner - all facing a worry-free gas log fireplace set in a stone hearth. It's a special place to read, relax, nap or to engage in intimate or lively conversation.

There's a color television, a DirecTV 45 family channel satelite receiver which includes all local TV channels and a DVD player capable of playing DVDs, music CDs, MP3 discs and JPEG image files - all set in the bookcase which surrounds the stone hearth and fireplace.

There are more than 80 DVD movie titles in our library including nearly every film genre from recent blockbusters to vintage black & white films and a few classic TV series.

There is a stereo AM-FM music receiver and dozens of music CD's.

There are plenty of books to read. Why not bring a few books to add to the collection?

There are also board games and challenging puzzles for kids and adults famiiy fun times.

WOLF DEN Cabin provides free WI-FI Internet connectivity via broadband DSL for our guests. Use our guest computer or bring your wireless laptop.

WOLF DEN Cabin is air conditioned although on many days you will want to open the screened windows and let the rejuvenating mountain air in. On chilly days and nights, the full-cabin forced air gas heater is a perfect companion to a fire in the fireplace.

In winter, you'll want to bring warmer clothing than you might wear in your own home - layers - as you will surely be outside more often watching the stars burning brightly in a pitch black night sky or enjoying a mountain moon rise. The living room has several comfy blankets to help take the chill off when coming in from having a breath of fresh air.

WOLF DEN Cabin is "Rocking Chair Certified"

Imagine sitting in one of the six 'Cracker Barrel' rocking chairs on WOLF DEN Cabin's generous covered porches, wrapped in your snuggly robe, sipping your morning coffee and recharging yourself as you escape from the pressures of the outide world while nestled in a forest of trees looking out towards a captivating mountain range vista.

Upper level bedroom #1

With a large double window, wooden blinds and a view of the secluded woods on the north side of the cabin, this bedroom can sleep up to three guests in a queen size bed and a single bed - each with bedside tables. There is a variable speed ceiling fan overhead and an adjacent full bathroom with shower, vanity and a large wall mounted mirror.

Kitchen

WOLF DEN Cabin's fully equipped kitchen has a smooth top range, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator/freezer with ice maker and a dishwasher. There are most of the appliances you might have at home in your own kitchen including a high-end coffee maker, a bread making machine and a toaster oven.

The kitchen is stocked with all the pots, pans and casserole/serving dishes you'll need. There are enough glasses, cups, saucers, plates, bowls and flatware to feed at least twenty people.

Dining

Features an expandable unique dining table with 5 chairs and 3 person bench. There is also a sturdy dining/game/card table with four padded folding chairs

There is easy access to beds and baths

There are full bathrooms on each of the three levels. The stairs going up lead to the two upper level bedrooms and the stairs behind the dining table go down to the lower level bedroom. There is another bedroom on the entry level adjacent to the living room.

Upper level bedroom #2

Lower level bedroom

With large double glass doors (which can be fully shaded to soften the sunrise), two windows with wooden blinds and a view of the back yard and the mountains beyond, this spacious bedroom can sleep up to two guests in a king size bed with bedside tables on each side. There is an adjacent full bathroom with shower, vanity and a large wall mounted mirror.

Washer and dryer

An extra large Cabrio clothes washer and clothes dryer are located in the lower level bathroom as well as an iron and board.

There's so much to do

There's so much to do in the Blue Ridge Mountains or you may decide to relax at WOLF DEN Cabin and do nothing at all.
