This house has been in the hands of the Anagnostis family for four generations. This prominent family built the house with the finest material of that period and the descendants have kept up the tradition. Today it combines the ambient of the past with the modern facilities of today. The house offers family accommodation for 6-9 pers. in 5 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms. The central and welcoming diningroom was ever since the family room of the house and has a loveworn feel that reflects its focus on family life. It is filled with evidence of the familys adventure spirit. Family photographs and handmade curtains cover the surface in the 4m high livingroom. From the separate ground floor suite with its 2 bedrooms and barthroom you can step out into the garden with pool area.

Nearby there is a beautiful gorge where one can go hiking and enjoy the wild unspoilt cretan nature. The village offers 3 tavernas and one cafenion. Even Greek people from Hania, come on the weekends to enjoy the tasty dishes the owners offer. Our guests enjoy the warm and special care of Pagona, our maid. She knows, how to take care of the guests and make them feel at home.
