The villa stands on a quiet hillside in an excellent location so that you can enjoy a magnificent view of both the mountains and the sea. Situated 5km to the west of the city of Hania and only 500m from the sandy beach, villa Jasmin offers a 420m2 living space with modern designer-furniture, 2450 m2 of garden with a 100 m2 pool and separate children's pool, as well as 130 m2 of white marble terrace with a view of the open sea. Inside the villa there are marble floors and huge white columns which support an open atrium offering a view of the blue sky. The local area

Hania is situated in the north-western part of the island of Crete. The area has plenty to see and do. There are excellent restaurants at a short walking distance to the villa. It’s just a 30 minute drive to Hania Airport. The Heraklion airport is only a 90 minute drive away. The best beaches on Crete are 30 minutes to an hour - at the most- away by car. Crete is one of Europe's most popular holiday regions and offers miles of golden sandy beaches, historic towns and monuments, unique landscapes, high mountains, green valleys, unique and mighty gorges- not forgetting the warm hospitality of the Cretan people, which will leave behind lasting memories. Destinations: the Samaria Gorge, the largest national park in Europe, Knossos and the archaeological museum in Heraklion and Chania, Elafonissos and Falassarne, the two 'South Sea beaches' in the west of the island, Balos, also known as Pirates Bay, in the extreme West of the island.
