Kalkan is one of the most attractive and unspoilt villages on the Mediterranean coast with narrow streets of Ottoman-Greek houses that lead down onto the picturesque harbour. Kalkan has delightful shops, bars and many excellent restaurants. It is a superb base for exploring the surrounding areas and offers a wide variety of activities.

Kalkan

Kalkan is in the ancient region of Lycia. There are many historic sites in the immediate vicinity including Xanthos, Letoon, Tlos and Patara. A trip into the Toros mountains to visit the Saklikent Gorge followed by lunch at a trout farm is a must.
