It is light and airy, beautifully furnished and 1184 square feet. It consists of a large lounge/dining room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. The apartment block has a small lift serving seven apartments. There is a doorman/night watchman who is responsible for nightly rubbish disposal and is always happy to help tenants with luggage etc..
Central heating , house linen towels will be provided. Airport ‘meet and greet’ and maid services can be organized at extra cost should they be required.
Lounge/ dinning area
Dining area consists of one dining room table and 6 chairs.

Hallway and kitchen seating
Apartment door leads into this hallway. Adjacent to the door is a security door system for the apartment block front door. The resident watchman can also be called on this system.

Apartment looks down on tree lined Rumeli Cad.. Rumeli Cad is the centre of fashionable Nisantasi.
Topkapi Palace: Sultan Mehmet took Istanbul in 1453. He ordered the construction of this palace. The palace has been the Imperial residence of Ottoman sultans for almost 400 years.
Dolmabahce Palace: This palace was built in the mid 1800s to replace an earlier structure that was made of wood. Dolmabahce means filled garden.
Ayasofya: This architectural marvel was built in 537 AD and was the greatest church in Christendom until St Peters Basilica was built in Rome almost 1000 years later.
Blue Mosque (Sultan Ahmet)Completed in 1616 and placed opposite Ayasofya. The mosque has six minarets and a large marble courtyard.
Sunken Palace(Underground System): Known as Yerebatan Sarayi or Sunken Palace was built around 532AD and is 140Long by 70 meters wide and contains 80,000 meters cube of water. It was constructed to supply the Byzantines with fresh water.
Grand Bazaar: The Grand Bazaar is Turkey’s largest covered market. Specialties range from Turkish carpets pottery, brass leather, gold and precious stones. There are a dozen restaurants in the bazaar that serve authentic Turkish food.
Galata Tower: The tower was a Genoese fortification built in 1348. It was used as part of a walled area to protect the Genoese colony. The observation deck is spectacular and gives a 360 degree vision of Istanbul at 61 meters above ground.
Bosphorus: This body of water that passes along the shores of Istanbul is 20 miles in length and is the physical divider between the continents of Europe and Asia. It was formed 2500 years at the time of a flood when the Black Sea was an inland lake.
Istiklal Street: This pedestrian street attracts both locals and tourists who walk its length to enjoy the many restaurants, cafes and shops.
