RATES
2009 Rates are promotional rates inclusive of 35% discount.
2009 Rates are subject to 5% service charge.
2010 Rates are promotional rates inclusive of 25% discount.
2010 Rates are subject to 5% service charge + 7% VAT
Rates include free internet, electricity, water and daily housekeeping.
Rates do not include airport transfer.
Extra bed available on request/Extra guests are charged at Euro 294 per week per guest.
No charge for baby cot.
Minimum stay 4 nights, except during peak season (Dec 15-Jan 3) when minimum stay is 7 nights.
PAYMENT TERMS
50% at time of booking.
Balance payable 4 weeks prior to check-in.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT
Equivalent to 2 nights rental, payable on check-in, refunded on check out.

CANCELLATION POLICY
50% of deposit is refunded for a written cancellation received more than 60 days prior to check-in date.
No refund is applicable if cancellation is 60 days or less prior to check-in date.
